Our collaboration process begins with a conversation, usually over the phone. This call gives us chance to get to know one another and I encourage you to share your ideas for the room with me. Your input is invaluable; it will give me a better idea of the space, and your expectations as far as aesthetics and functionality.

When I visit your home, I will have a variety of samples to show you, including fabrics for custom curtains. If I don’t have a fabric in my sample collection, I offer a search service to find the fabric you have envisioned. There is no better place to choose your window coverings than at those windows! 

 Once we have agreed on your choices, I will take measurements. Windows may often appear to be the same size but can be millimeters off, which could cause problems at installation. 

I will have the quote ready within a day or so (often the same day). Turnaround time from start to finish is generally three to four weeks, with some exceptions.

Expert installation is as essential as the window treatment itself. I work with a highly experienced installer, and when possible, I’ll be with him on installation day to ensure you are happy with the result.
